The Dark Clear Skies Photo Tripod Pier Extension features 3/8" threads on the top and bottom, making it compatible with both photographic and astronomical tripods that have a 3/8" mounting thread.

  • Male threaded 3/8" screw connector on the top platform (top platform separable from main body).
  • Female 3/8" thread on the base for secure attachment.
