ND Filter for WandererCover
Extended exposure flat-field filter
The ND Filter for WandererCover is designed specifically for users with very fast optical systems who prefer to capture long-exposure flat frames.
When fitted, the filter extends flat-field exposure times by approximately 32×.
Important usage note
In most cases, this filter is not required.
WandererCover flat panels are engineered to be flicker-free, producing clean, banding-free flats even at very short exposure times. For the majority of imaging setups, accurate flat-field calibration can be achieved without using an ND filter.
This accessory is intended only for specific scenarios, such as:
- Extremely fast optical systems
- Users who deliberately prefer longer flat exposures
