Enjoy using the Astronomik UHC filter to see more stars and details in deep-sky objects than with other filters. The UHC filter allows nearly 100% transmission of radiation from both O-III and H-beta lines. Though the second window for the H-alpha line is not meant for visual observing, it’s important when used with an electronic device. Unwanted scattered light and artificial light pollution are filtered out effectively, revealing unexpected details in gas and planetary nebulae.

Optimized for telescope focal ratios between f/4 and f/15, these filters minimize transmission losses and chromatic distortions.
