The SVBONY SC311 Pro WiFi Astronomy Camera is a compact, self-contained imaging solution designed for electronically assisted astronomy (EAA), lunar and planetary imaging, and beginner-friendly deep-sky observation. With wireless mobile control, a built-in battery, and extended exposure capability, it offers a simple, cable-free way to explore the night sky.
Controlled entirely from a smartphone or tablet, the SC311 Pro removes the need for a laptop, external power supply, or USB cables, making it ideal for portable setups, outreach events, and quick observing sessions.
Key Features
Sony IMX662 CMOS Sensor
The SC311 Pro is built around the Sony IMX662 sensor, offering low read noise, no amp glow, and enhanced red and near-infrared sensitivity. This makes it well suited to lunar and planetary imaging, as well as beginner-level deep-sky targets.

Wireless WiFi Control
An internal 2.4GHz WiFi module creates a direct hotspot when powered on. Simply connect your mobile device to the camera and control all functions through the dedicated app. No cables, routers, or external computers are required.

Mobile App Imaging Control
The mobile interface allows full adjustment of exposure time and gain, supports photo capture and video recording, and enables RAW and FITS file saving. Scheduled shooting is also supported, with images stored directly on the TF card and optionally downloaded to your mobile device.
Built-in Battery and TF Card Storage
A built-in 2500mAh lithium battery provides approximately 4 hours of operation, ideal for portable observing. The camera includes a 32GB TF card and supports expansion up to 256GB, allowing extended imaging sessions without external storage.

Extended Exposure for EAA
The latest SC311 Pro firmware supports exposure times of up to 30 seconds, enabling real-time stacking of brighter nebulae and producing clearer live views. This makes the camera particularly suitable for EAA-style observing and assisted visual astronomy.
