The Askar ACL200 lens, available from Deep Sky Dad, is tailor-made for astrophotography. It features a Vixen style dovetail and a helical focuser, designed to streamline the focusing process, which can be time-consuming, especially with narrowband filters. The lens also addresses the issue of focus shift due to temperature changes at night with its dovetail kit mount, similar to the WO RedCat auto focuser from Deep Sky Dad​.

Included in the box with the Askar ACL200 lens are several components:

• 1x 3D printed mounting plate
• 1x 3D printed 16T MXL pulley
• 1x 3D printed helical focuser MXL ring
• 2x 3D printed mounting plate spacers for tension adjustment
• 1x MXL timing belt
• 2x 10mm M3 bolt (for the ring)
• 2x 8mm M4 bolt (for attaching EAF to the mounting plate)
• 2x 16mm M6 bolt (for attaching the mounting plate to the dovetail)
• 1x 60mm M5 bolt (for attaching the dovetail and the extension block)
• 1x ALU extension block​.
