Our Amplifier RT91 will also work with any handheld radio that outputs 2W–6W. Please check the frequency range before buying this Amplifier, if your radio is with the UHF range, please choose UHF. Otherwise, choose the VHF.

4, Supported Amplification Modes

This  Amplifier RT91 operates from 136-174 MHz or 400-480 MHZ, can be used for analog FM, P25 Phase 1, C4FM (System Fusion), NXDN, IDAS, dPMR, and     MPT1327 modes.

5, Built-In Loud-Speaker

When you connect your handheld radio with the radio control cable; the amplifier will use its own loud 4W built-in speaker to broadcast the incoming audio.

 

Three Primary Modes of Amplification:


Radio Controlled
Connect the antenna output of the handheld transceiver to the RF-IN connector on the rear panel of the amplifier with the Radio to Amplifier RF cable. Transmit and receive right on the Handheld radio - while your output signal is amplified.




Accessory Controlled
Connect the antenna output of the handheld transceiver to the RF-IN connector on the rear panel of the amplifier with the Radio to Amplifier RF cable. Connect a speaker microphone, headset, or compatible accessory to the radio. Transmit and receive right on the accessory connected to the Handheld radio - while your output signal is amplified.



Amplifier Controlled
Connect the speaker microphone to the MIC jack on the front panel of the amplifier. Connect the antenna output of the handheld transceiver to the RF IN connector on the rear panel of the amplifier with the Radio to Amplifier RF cable. Connect the accessory port of your radio to the Control jack on the front panel of the amplifier using the Amplifier Control Cable. Transmit and receive using the speaker microphone on the amplifier while incoming audio is relayed through the loud amplifier speaker.
